Cathy Jones
The year was 1977. A family move to a new community, a desire to meet new people, and a chance encounter, I entered the glorious world of quilting. Color and texture became my obsession. From Contemporary to Traditional, from appliqué to the one patch, quilting is giving me an opportunity for expression that is infinite. To my grandmother, Agnes, who taught me to sew on a Singer treadle machine, I will be forever grateful.
